My A/C work fine last summer, then over the winter my truck kept throwing a Evap system leak code t least once a month. Then the A/C started blowing warm air, so I charged it and the code went away, but the A/C still isnt cold. Help Please!
The code was P0455

I'd take it somewhere and have the freon level checked.

 

The P0455 is a large evap leak for the emission control not the a/c. That would cause the a/c not to work. You may have something else leaking in the a/c system, maybe evaporator, condenser , H-valve, a/c lines or even the compressor.
