Default check engine light

My check engine light has been comming on, but lately it came on and has stayed on. I took it to autozone and they ran the codes, it comes back as running lean. I've got a high flow cat and a borla exhaust. I got new oxygen sensors when I got the exaust, will I need to take her to the dealer to have the PCM reset to new parameters? I tried disconnecting my battery's negative terminal and it went away for a day or two but then it came back. It's really affecting my shifting, any thoughts from anyone?

Default RE: check engine light

There are some things that can cause that code. Fuel pressure out of spec, intake vacuum leaks, poor fuel quality, etc. The only way to really know is take it to the dealership or a shop and see if they can determine the cause. Running your truck lean in the long run is a bad idea.
