Default P-0158 code

Ok so I went and started my truck and was sitting there idling lettin it warm up when it threw a code so i ran the diag on it and it gave me this code,( P-0158, 2/2 o2 sensor shorted oxygen sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range . ) so I reset the code and went to do my erands didnt pop the code again till it was idling while I was talking to another R/T owner that I met today . So do I have to replace the o2 sensors or what do I need to do to fix this dont have much time this week I will be in the feild so it will be sitting all week but I need to know where to start when I get back on Sat. Thanks in advance. Ohh and by the way I got a mopar high rise intake and just installed that last week just havent changed my mods on here yet.

check the wires around it. That or replace it.
