yes and no, like its nice if you are not going up massive hills all the time (cuz if your ratios are anything like mine, 5th gear is really long and has no balls on hills) but if you are just crusing and want to keep up with traffic and stuff, its nice to have the option... even though i only use it a quarter of the time

Yup I got cruise on mine and its a manual. It works nicely. None of that dropping down a a gear on hills crap. Iv only had a couple hills that make me slow down a little, but I have not had to take it off yet.

yeah with my 3.55s in the rear, and in 5th gear my engine is only turning about 2400 rpms at 80-85 mph... so when i get to hills i just got to down shift it to fourth which puts the engine at 3000-3300 rpms where the most torque is made

I have a 2001 w/3.9 and a 5-speed. I put an aftermarket cruise on it right after I got it and it works great...

Unhappy

Yes guys the manual trannies have cruise as well, I've owned one. Now to get back on track. My cruise "problem" is intermittent. Right now things seem to be fine so the trip to the dealership is off. What we are kicking around is my truck having a "funky" wheel sensor. Any input on this? Thanks.
