you gotta have a truck that can go fast before you have a truck that looks really really good... imo

Even if it goes fast, or if it looks good. Either way you win

Well as promised I picked up a pair of the 4300K HID's. Much more brighter. They are super white, but they also have a little tinge of yellow to them.

Heres the 6000K------>http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j1...t=IMGP1879.flv

And the 4300K----->http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j1...t=IMGP1881.flv

there is a really good website on dd that sells hid kits called http://www.hidkitswarehouse.com/ they have kits starting at $110 and they go up to 210 for their premium kit. they get a lot of good rep over there and are a site sponsor...i heard that you should go with the digital kit or higher because the standard one has a tendency to not last as long due to vibration and such.

Well my housing has a 9006(low) and H1(high), the regular ones were 9007(Hi/Low). Just as long as you get the right bulbs that you have they fit perfect. As for the kit, I do have the digital one. Alot better then the regular ones, about 2 second warm up, and switching from high to low is no problem, bulb just turn on and thats it. As for the vibrations I haven't noticed anything yet. These bulbs and ballast are considered top of the line. Bulbs and ballast made in germany, which is exactly where you want them from. Just stay away from the japanese ones. Most if not all european cars have HID's. 110$ is a pretty good price for a HID kit, but you just have to watch who makes it. Some of them can burn out within 3 weeks. And they won't be waterproof or resist the vibrations.
I have heard of that site before and they do get a pretty good rep. Keep in mind it is illegal to put HID's in a reflector housing. The cops reallllly don't like it haha.

Just as long if something gets messed up, or your get a defective bulb, its ALWAYS good to have warranty. Especially a 2 year warranty. I just got lucky and found a local seller, saved me the hassle of having to send it in if they were defective. But if you do get the HID's, take a picture i wanna see what they look like
