Default Problem with my wiring harness

i have a 2000 dakota sport 4x4 v6 manual, im from the philippines the truck dies when the wiring harness moves near the pcm sockets, i just got a brand new pcm, cause my mechanic said its the pcm that has to be replaced, now i think its the harness on the pcm, please help where i can buy this, i called a dealer in L.a they said they dont make it anymore

You can try a few more dealers, but I dought that they will have it. Your best bet is a junkyard. Or find the bad wire and fix it. We have the service manual in stickys at the top of this section. Find the power feeds for the PCM and check those wires. It will take time but it will be worth it in the end.
