Default Tire air down question

So tomorrow Im hitting some trails that are mostly sand, and i only have 2wd :/ I run 31" Good Year Wranglers, which have a pretty aggressive tread. Im gonna air down so I dont get stuck in the sand but im wondering whats the lowest psi I can safely go, since I dont have on board air I have to drive home with the low pressure. My house is maybe 10 miles away.

I personally wouldn't air down without OBA...

Well if its slow easy driving roads then i would say maybe 12psi. but anything over 50mph dont go lower than 15-20psi psi at most.

Ya 15 psi is kinda low. But since you got 2wd that will be okay. Go to autozone or even walmart. Pick up an automotive air pump for $10.

I'd get the cheapy air pump before you go! Only reason they suck is they take a bit to fill 31x10.5r15 lol

Plus if you get air then you can go lower for the trail

I don't think I'd go lower than 15 for your case. I'd probably stop at 20.
