my 0-60 time
I did a few 0-60 runs, videotaped them and figured out my time. it was just under 8 sec, 7.87. is this a respectable time?

Its ok for a truck. Ive never timed mine but im surprised for a big ole 5.2 it was still pretty quick. What gears are in your truck?

Yeah not bad for an auto. Lucky bastard and your 3:92s. I would kill for an LSD 3:92 rear axle. Not bad though. Bryant did his 0-60 took him like 12 sec or so with a QC. So apparently the weight makes a difference.

I need to check mine for the V6...When I hook up and don't bang the rev limiter, I'd say it's in the 9's. Right now, I'm battling the limiter and tires...Need to back off my TV a couple clicks.

5.2L V8: 230 HP @ 4800, 295 ft-lbs @ 3200 (per allpar- doesn't seem right?)
5.9L V8: 245 HP @ ????, 335 ft-lbs @ ???? (per wikipedia)

The 4.7 made more hp but the 318 made more torque. These numbers don't seem correct. Dodge made all their motors to make peak power at the same rpm?? I don't think the 4.7 made its peak power at the same point as the "magnum" motors. Completely different motors...
