Default I have questions about mods I want to do

So I have a 2000 4.7L Dakota. I want to install a performance camshaft with 264 in/270 ex duration. Am I going to run into compression issues?

a cam has no effect on your compression ratio.

what is your real question here? and how about a link to said cam?
