Default so got bored, again lol

and decided to remove my clutch fan, broke loose extremely easily prolly because of this BFW lol
1.5" wrench

used a c-clamp to hold the pulley in place

the fan looks weird, thought it would be symetric all tthe way around, it looks like a little person lol

you will get slightly better gas mileage, at least i have. Mine was seized and i was like "why spend 60 bucks on a new fanclutch when i could just take it off and it be fine".

Ive had no regrets so far!

edit: its shaped oddly because of balancing issues or something weird like that. You never know what those dodge engineers will do lol.

i just did this yesterday as well, and ordered a new e-fan and wiring kit from Summit.

all i used to remove the fan clutch was a big pair of channel locks to hold the pulley, and a 14" crescent to turn the nut.

it sure does look spacious with no fan shroud or fan in there now!

not that spacious tho, ive gotta buddy with a 01 ram and the 318 there is so much room in there even with the fan lol. another one of my freinds has a 85 f150 with the 5L v8 and when we work on it we just sit in the engine compartment on the wheel wells lol if only we had that much room to work with

Have you ever raced a Nissan Titan? Those things hall ***.

Power to weight ratio? Ours is actually pretty bad, too much real truck (steel) in our truck.
