Default Good deal?

I am considering buying a 2004 Dakota. It is the base model. Has the 3.7 with a 5 speed. only 64,000 miles. Is $6500 a bad price? thanks0552.jpg

i know, but thats the base model dakota, usually seen with the 4cycl or 3.9. i guess dodge was trying to get rid of the base model body styles and started sticking in the new v6
