i tried to get one out the other day and I was the tabs that come up. Where I ran into problems was i tried to pry the frame a little and the window shattered. Didn't make my day. I didn't no if I could heat up around the frame or anything. Not really sure how I have the room to get a knife in there and cut the glue.

You can always call a window place and just tell them you need some info on how to pull a window.

I doubt most places would want to give that information. I tried to get paint to add to my u pol raptor liner tintable kit and I went to all the bed liner places and all they wanted to tell me was its not a diy job and that I should have them do it. Window places are going to say the same thing because they want your business. Does anyone know what tools I would need to remove it?

Your not gonna be able to save the frame or the weather stripping.
When you buy your next window,.. It's gotta be new. It's next to
impossible to remove the window on our trucks without messing
up the weather stripping. I know, I've done it. It's not like the front
glass or other rear windows like on ford pick ups or chebbys.
Yes I'm removing the back window now and it is a real pain. I did damage to the cab put dents in it and scrape paint off. I got all the weather stripping off it's all one piece. But I can't get the bottom part off.

This tool works... sorry for the big *** pic. Basically you push the wire thru the seal, then 2 people on the handles cutting thru the seal with the piano wire.
