Check all your fuses and there is a fan relay in the power distribution center under the hood
older Dakotas had them under the cowl outside. be warned its no fun you need to be gumby to get your hand up under the cowl.
If you have some way to look at it first to see if its burnt up do it that way if it looks good your problem may be something different.
As I said its a PAIN IN THE *** to get too.

If you have your dash pulled off already its easy to do. look up top close to the glass you will see it and it can be replaced that way.
