Ridiculous Front End Hum

Ridiculous Front End Hum
Hi guys,
Well the front end has developed a loud hum - most noticeably after installing my 3 inch lift. I'm pretty sure its coming from the driver side.
Since I installed new Tires back in December, went from pathetic P235/65R15 before to 31x10.5x15. They didn't align it for me because they said the bearing was done but I said leave it. Drove the truck for another 5 months before I jacked it up and noticed the hub did have only A LITTLE play.
I got a pretty cheap replacement hub for $50 (no abs) and fixed it myself and still never had the truck aligned.
My steering wheel is about 5-10 degrees off but I'm sure its from me installing that damn steering extension haha. The truck does pull to the right.
Would an alignment help me here, or am I looking towards the tires or hub AGAIN? I'm not noticing any uneven wear on my tires or anything and I know I need to get an alignment soon - speaking of which how much would it cost? Only around $50-$75 right?
Anyway,
Thanks!

Is it humming when it is moving only? Have you lifted the front of the truck and check for play in the wheels?

Gonna need to jack it up though and see if there is play.

Hopefully you do not need a new hub bearing, but if you do give these guys a look. I have bought several off them for different trucks and worked out good for me. I believe they are close to you.
