So I just bought my truck and my turn signals won't work I checked the fuse box's but I can't find the problem I checked all my fuses and they aren't blown, I can't find the indicator relay for it. This isn't the only problem I had to ark/jump my starter it wasn't getting power from the actual harness and my rod bearing is going pretty fast it's a project for me but I need help isolating why my signals they don't work but hazards do in all the dodge vehicles I've owned I've never had this problem before

The "combination flasher" handles the turn signals. The turn signal switch provides a "sense" signal to the flasher. Both the hazard and turn signals use the same ground (G208) and wiring to the tail lamps.
The flasher is located under the dash on a wire bundle just outboard of the steering column. It's not like the old round cans, it's rectangular with 14 terminals.
