What offset are your rims, because I know that offset can have a big impact on rubbing on the bumper

Tirerack says 25mm of backspacing. I have no idea. You will not rub on the bumper any if you just trim the front valance to the contour of the fenders. The inside fender well is where it will scrub

Ok thanks what size engine and gear ratio do you have and have you noticed a decrease in power with 33s?

4.7 with 3.55 gears and auto. I did notice a little bit, but I think more so bc I have 10 ply mud tires on it now vs. the 265 bfg ats.

Well save yourself the money and crank the keys. I'm not sure how much adjustment is left in your stock keys, but you can get a lot of adjustment out of just cranking your keys. So buy new torsion keys and crank them or just crank your keys now and you will be set! Here's another idea for a couple extra cheap inches, buy a 2 inch bigger shackles for the back and buy your aftermarket bigger keys and crank them, that's what I'm going to do to set a couple more inches out of mine to bring it to 11 inches of lift

You wont get a full 3" out of cranking the tbars, keys or not. I did cut my bumpstops in half to allow for more room to move but it could cause problems with the CVs later

I just meant crank the keys if he needs to level it out after te body lift. No your not going to get 3 inches out of your keys. But I did just crank mine and I Gotland easy 2 inches out of my keys. But I basically have a whole new bigger front end on my truck from my lift and all the drop brackets and everything.
