So no conclusive answer as to why the cab is tweaked sideways on the frame?
No clue yet, i have pictures of all mounts. Should i post them?

Some lines on the radiator/ac condenser are kinked. Will either have to replace that or get creative with junkyard parts.

I'll get it checked after its running

you'll have to properly do the R134a thing if you try to replace the lines. If they are not pinched too badly, call it good. If it's almost a complete pinch, better off having a shop vacuum the system down and replace the tubing.

I'll have to see after i get everything hooked up again. Not having AC doesn't bother me too much if i recall correctly the AC didn't work well to begin with. The only thing i'm worried about is installing the air bags at the moment, i'll be doing that tomorrow.

And ground the truck (run a cable from the truck chassis to a metal pipe.) and maybe use some variety of computer grounding bracelet. I don't know if static can set an airbag off, but if one went of in your hands, you'd be hurt. Airbags kinda scare me.

Sounds like you did ACES on finding parts. Well done. If you can find that fender in a junk yard, do that. Pattern parts don't necessarily fit too well.

Dont worry about the airbags if the trucks batt is unhooked you will be fine. If its not just unhook it and let the system drain for 15-30min. They say turning the key to the start position after the batt is unhooked will drain the system. Driver side airbag is easy but not sure about the passenger side tho. I think you have to pull the trim off around it and unscrew the airbag.

air bags are easy. unhook the ground from the batt. the passangers is in the dash its part of it you will have to drill rivits out after taking the dash cover off. the drivers has a blast cap. that looks like a 1/2 in thich metel coffee saucer theres a single connector in the wheel. the actual air bag is the center cover for the steering wheel.
