Remote on wire should be a single wire, not speaker wire. If your amp kit did not include the remote wire you will need to buy a length of wire long enough to reach from the deck back to the amp. It does not need to be a large gauge, 16-18 gauge is fine.

Will speaker wire work? What size speaker wire do I need for the 600w RMS, 1200w max amp?

Not trying to be rude but it seems to me I have given you about as much help as I can. If you bought the amp, subs and other speakers from Sonic you can call them for free technical help and they can help with your installation on the phone.

01Dak3.9, this thread has been going on for over a month. Most if not all of your general questions have been answered. Specific questions would be better addressed to the equipment manufacturer. I strongly urge you to use these other resources in your quest for the perfect install.
