really short life on the water pump

so anyway, I pulled the belts and started it. Pretty much the same noise as the video. Interesting noise, isn't it? I can't tell what it it...
Sounds heavier than a water pump. They usually make weird chirping noises. If the water pump was failing, you'd also see coolant coming from the weep hole. Remove the drive belt and spin things by hand to see if anything feels rough.

Sounds more like a squak squak type of rub than anything else. Have you checked your motor mounts?

I wonder if that's your timing chain slapping around maybe the tensioner for the chain died.
