Default 2004 Dodge dakota engine need help ASAP

I am putting together a engine for a 2004 dodge dakota 3.7 i need the torque specs for the Bed plate bolts/main bearing bolts In the book i have it says 5ft pounds then a 90% turn??? doesn't 5ft pounds seem like its not enough?

Only the 8 bolts indicated get torqued to 5 foot pounds and then the 90 degree turn. They are torque and angle bolts. It's the thread pitch which will make sure the bolt is actually tight enough.

From the FSM: Install the bedplate retaining bolts, making sure to place the stud bolts in the correct location, Torque the bolts in the sequence shown.
² Hand tighten bolts 1D,1G and 1F until the bedplate contacts the block.
² Tighten bolts 1A–1J to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.)
² Tighten bolts 1–8 to 7 N·m (5 ft. lbs.)
² Turn bolts 1–8 an additional 90°.
² Tighten bolts A–E 27 N·m ( 20 ft. lbs.).

Use a degree wheel to set the angle, don't guesstimate.

Got it running but Does anyone have a vacuum line diagram cant seem to find one.
