Anyone use these Projector headlights?
Hey all;
Well still considering upgrading from my aftermarket lenses i love the look of to projector style..
Hard to find any real reviews out there.. many of the other designs are hit nad miss made by the same Tawianees company across different applications.
Just wanted to see if anyone is running these and can attest to their worthiness.
Light quality with stock bulbs and such; compared to stock housing/aftermarket housing..

As headlights I'm not sure but I've seen a number of people with the blackout tail lights and you cant tell if their tail lights work or not too black and you cant see the taillights even at night .... I say very Dangerous you want people to tell your applying your brakes and not get rear-ended.

That's why i was stearing clear of the 'smoked' that's actually not DOT legal.
But Projector are nice but with HIDS like on our explorer but it those have low/high built in..
i seen some ppl saying the quality of light was same as normal type.. only reason i would upgrade would be for better lighting.. thought i seen someone talk about it on a 1500 on other forums section but cant find it..
I just want clearner light mine as much as i love my lenses on my truck its not the best of light but neither was stock either. lol

I didn't look at the big pic's thought they were smoke but they are not sorry DOT cert could be ok I just don't like that look. Running/turn lights look rather lousy to me that's why I don't like a lot of these fancy headlights running/turn lights are poor stock are large bright and easy to see even in the day.

They are actually better than the other set they have for our trucks. This is the better projector set out of them. The other one just has a reflector on the side with out even having a light..
The ones i have now are by far the best aftermarket design I've seen but just the typical light pattern sucks unless your in really dark conditions. ONly reason i was wanting projector because they are so nice and clear on our Explorer though it does have HID's even with out HID setup they are still a nice clear light pattern..
If i could get them brigter or more clear with out haveing to upgrade to crappy hids to blind everyone and their mothers.. i would stick with them..
though about aiming the lower lights a touch higher to help out? I use them typically anyways to help light the road way any ways in city driving.
