Blower resistor plug

Blower resistor plug
I replaced the resistor for the blower and noticed some melting in the plug on the harness side, well it works intermittently now. My daughter has to wiggle the plug and or twist it to get the blower to work, if she hits a bump it may go off.
Question is what s the best way to repair that plug? Cut out the old and splice in a new? You know that there's not a lot of wire to work with and its an awkward spot for me anyway. Whats the best terminal connectors to use? Would solder and tape work?
Where can I get the plug?
Thanks

Mopar part numbers
For all of you, here is the site to go if you ever need part numbers for connector kits for anything Chrysler Corp / FCA. Just be sure and save me some so I can do my job lol

I bought mine at rock auto best price I could find it came with the connectors.
I replaced the resistor twice and finely replace the blower motor.
The motor seamed to be working well but I read if you have problems with the resistor
that the blower motor may be pulling to many amps.
