Misfire on cylinder 7

Misfire on cylinder 7
Hi.
I have a 2006 Dodge Durango 5.7 Hemi, wich has 70.000 miles on it, and I have a misfire on cyl 7, and it seem's to be pretty common with this car.
Had a burned valve in the first check I did. Fixed !
Took the engine out and couldn't find anything in there
Piston and oil ring's and bearing´s changed, cowls and spark plug's changed and all O2 sensor's changed, fuel injector's cleaned and checked and inspected everything that I didn't replace in there, while I was digging in to it.
I am probably going to have to send the vehicle across the country to find out what could be wrong, and it's going to cost me a fortune.
There is no dealer for Dodge in the country.
Any suggestions ?
