2nd Gen Durango 2004 - 2009

looking for answer why the obd2 port doesn't have power to diagnose.

Default looking for answer why the obd2 port doesn't have power to diagnose.

dodge durango 2005 when plugging into obd2 port says no power. did it at emission test place as well and they got no power either when they tried. Any quick ideas?

FUSE #14 BLUE 15 amp. is power for the scan tool AT the data link connector. 4th one down, second row from the left.


The junction block is behind the kick panel on the drivers side where your left foot would rest.
