Hi all
I'm new to any forum in regards to Chrysler products. I have a 2001 Intrepid, first Dodge I've ever owned and in just 5 short weeks went from a great looking car to a dead one!! It seems the water pump failed and of course I have a crankcase full of oil and water.
I've assessed the cost of repairing the 2.7 (which isn't feasible as I've sunk everything I own to buy the car) so I was told that I could put a good used 3.2 in it.
Can anyone please tell me what I would need to install a 3.2 into the place of the 2.7? I was told so far that I'd need both motor mounts and the right side cat convertor. I was wondering about the radiator and anything else anyone can help me with?
thanks in advance

Does anyone out there have some kind of an answer please? I'd like to know if anyone is at least interested in my question or is this just an old subject that people are tired of? I don't mean to sound rude in any way, I'm just so discouraged right now.
Vehicle: 2000 chrysler intrepid it had 2.7 in it blew up, my son and I put 3.2 in it.

When you go to buy the engine make sure you get everything. radiator starter power steering pump and make sure you get air compressor mounting bracket catalic converter. it will save you alot of head aches in the long run
