Default code 301?

Hey guys.
So I am not really good with cars lol.
I looked up my code,301 and says thats it the first cylinder having a misfire. Any clues on how to fix this, other than going to a garage?
Or could it be a bunch of differant things?
Its a 2004 2.7.
Thanks

Remove the spark plug out of number one cylinder and ck the plug. If it looks bad, replace it and maybe all the others too.
