Ok guys, you usually come up with some suggestions for me so here it goes, I have an 01 Intrepid, when I hit about 20mph, I get a sound that is like what you hear when you are driving on rumble strips. It increase with speed. Any thoughts??

Ok, the sound is more like a rumble or growel then a tick, low frequency. Also, it is coming from the front, I'm leaning towards rotor, will know more tonight when I pop a wheel off as it has gotten louder since it started and is annoying as heck.

Well, I figured it out, the bearing on the output shaft on the drivers side went and took a chunk out of the housing. Car is officially DOA

Apappal what exactly is the bearing on the output shaft? I think I have the same problem. it isn't a knock or tick more like a slow rumble.

It starts when I reach around 20-35 mph and take my foot off the gas. I cant hear it when I'm accelerating or going over 40 mph. Only when I'm not touching any of the pedals I hear this. I'm worried it could develop into something bad if I dont find out what it is.

Check bushings. Raise the vehicle and check for free-play by holding the wheel and tire and moving it side-to-side and up-and-down. There should be no free-play. If there is free-play, have someone check the bushings as you move the tire.
