Unhappy '02 intrepid, 3.5, water spitting from exhaust.

Haven't been on for 18 mos. Intrepid running great until now.
154K decided to change injectors. Followed manuel to "T". Wrapped everything up, drove the car approx. 8 miles and when I came home I noticed a stream of water coming from the exhaust pipe. I had my son watch the exhaust while I reved the engine and there was some water blowing out.

The water level was down and I put water in the reservois to the proper level. I then drove the car for over an hour, constantly watching the temp guage and the car never overheated. I checked the oil for water, no signs. I thought maybe while I was reassembling, I may have done something wrong, so I pulled everything apart again and couldn't find any signs of mistakes.

I'm stumped. I've been a backyard mechanic for over 50 years and I can't figure this one out.

I've read several articles, suggesting I might have a slight blown head gasket and they suggest I do a pressure test.

I figured I'd better ask the pros before I go any further..Need help please. Thanks
