Default Overheating

I can not pin point why my 2000 intrepid is overheating.flushed system,thermostat,hoses,bleeder valve,I noticed my fans don't kick in.everything checks out.please help

Fans not kicking on is a good cause for overheating. Need to check the fan motors, fuses, relays and temperature sensor.
