lol... I'm not doubting or trying to argue with this guy. I'm very aware of 1st gen performance. My SOHC 1st gen ran a 15.8 @ 84mph with just a HAI and a bit of weight redux. Damn thing was stock and beat my bolt-on 2ng gen by a tenth.
They are light as hell! I just would like to see his numbers compared to my stock 1st gen, since he claims it roughly runs just over a full second faster than mine did.

3rd at 35mph......[sm=bs.gif] you would have dropped to like 1.5-2rpm... so idk how i can believe that one.....
its easy. Say he is in an atx. sometimes those dont shift even when you floor it. Depending on your speed. Plus, it doesn't take too long from 2,000rpm to get to the powerband of 3,500rpm.
