Well then the neon is the only car that it works on. I have seen dyno results for a chevy 350, a civic, a boniville, and a WRX, and all lost HP and torque on the dyno.

Tornado
A few of my co-workers said they do manage to get a few more miles on a tank of gas. But for raw HP they were not expecting..
How much is a real Tornado? Because there's a person selling a homemade universal version on Ebay.. It looks like you just roll it and shove it into your intake tube. I wonder how they attached the fins, wouldn't want one to fall off..
All they do is create turbulent air which is actually worse for fuel injected cars. They may have some benifits on a carburated car, but thats it.
