Default IAC- id clean it if i could FIND it...

could someone tell me where the IAC is on my 05? i wanna clean but i cant find it to save my life. im used to working on my 99 i guess. i know what an IAC looks like & couldnt find anything like it on this one. i wanna clean it & see if it clears up my rough idle. as soon as my car warms up the idle rpms drop to about 650-700 & it stumbles a bit & runs kinda rough.

On the side of the throttle body, right after the air filter box.

Which side? The only sensor I can find on the side is the TPS. I thought it was the silver part on top(circled) but when I got it off, it didn't look anything like an IAC & I was scared to mess with it.

That's it. The IAC on my Neon looked just like every other one I've seen. Are you sure what you think the IAC is, is actually that? The IAC isn't a sensor per se, like the TPS or CPK, etc...

Hey guys,

My idle issues have prompted me to look at this. How do you clean this booger?

TIA

I used a lot of SeaFoam spray. I've used brake cleaner too. I *think* anything that will remove carbon deposits will be fine, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

That is incorrect. The TPS (Throttle Position Sensor; no need for the extra "sensor" at the end) and IAC (Idle Air Control) Valve are labeled backwards in that picture.
