Default HELP NEEDED!!! Hella Horn Install

I am trying to install a set of Hella Supertones to replace the stock horn in my 04 sxt. I did the relay and all the other essential wiring for the horn but when it comes to the stock horn wiring harness I have no clue what to do. I know the horn has a stock relay already but the thing is that the wiring harness has a Green/Black wire and a Black wire. I have never had a problem with the wiring until this.

I cut the wires and tested both of them with the relay and no sound. Does anyone done or know how to wire aftermarket horn dealing with the Neon???

Any responses would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Clockspring: BK/RD that is the horn relay control. (Cav 5)
Low Note Horn: BK ground and a DG/RD horn relay output wire. (Cav 1 & 2; respectively)
Remote Keyless Entry Module: BK/RD that is the horn relay control (Cav 18)

That's about all I found in the wiring diagrams.

That's the location of the wire in the connector, as stated in the shop manual. Cav 1 is the first spot, and wire, in the connector. Usually, they are called "Pin _____." As for the clockspring, no idea. That's what's in the shop manual. I didn't make it up, just posted what was listed.
