Exclamation 2004 Electrical Problem

Ok, I have a 2004 Neon SXT w/ fog lights and today when I left for school I started the car and turned my lights on. As you probably already know to turn the lights on you twist forward one click. If you want to turn your lights and fog lights on you twist the knob forward and then pull it straight out. The problem I am having is that when I twist the knob forward nothing happens and then when I pull the knob out to turn my fog lights on my headlights turn on but the left headlight is bright and the right headlight is super dim. Also the right turn signal arrow on the interior is fully illuminated (not blinking). To add to the problem the windshield wipers are continuously running until I turn the knob back to off. I cant drive like this because I don't want to burn out my wiper motors so please give any advice you can.

Sounds like the Multifunction Switch might be going out.

Problem solved. The multifunction switch sounded like a good assumption but it was really that one of the grounds was loose under the hood. I tightened it and then took a wirebrush to the other rusty grounds and the car is back to normal. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, bad grounds can do it too.
