The main code you want to focus on is the lowest number, thats probably going to trigger the other.

I would do a continuity test from 02 sensor plug to pcm plug connectors.

there is a an ohms setting with a "ringer" if you will, when you touch both connectors together on the multimeter it will beep.

You should get this beep also all the way from 02 sensor plug to pcm plug for each wire, if not you have an open circuit or short to ground.

Default Solution

Just reading back on this old thread. In case anyone wants to know, the solution to that problem was that the PCM seemed to have an issue with the generic O2 sensors. I tried two different sets of them and still got the same issues. I then switched to the Factory or "MOPAR" O2 sensors, problem cleared up instantly.
