Cool Leaking

im hoping someone can help.. it only happens when it rains but the floor in the front of the car gets a puddle and it happens everytime. Maybe its the door seal ? it happens even if i dont drive the car in the rain but never happens when i wash the car.

There is a TSB about this somewhere. My car does this occasionally, just not motivated enough to fix it.
