Question wont idle down. need help

Hey I need some help. I have a 2002 e s automatic tranny 161k. When I go down the road and as I'm comming to a stop, I have to apply brakes to get the engine to rev down. Throttle is not sticking. When I rev it in park it comes down fine. Tranny related? Maybe vacuum leak? I a c sticking. . I do no . Anyone else had this problem?

I think it's the idle control or throttle posision sensor. . I do no yet. Transmission is fine. Brand new fluid and filter. + New controller selinoid gasket.
