2003 neon handles awful on bumps.
Picked up a 2003 SX 2.0 (neon) for a winter vehicle and the last few weeks i have noticed some changes. the steering wheel is off centre to the right ( but the car drives straight as an arrow) the car doesnt pull left or right but it certainley sways left to right.
The car feels like the rear end is trying to fish tail after i hit small bumps or ruts in the road at highway speeds. It didnt bother me so much until there was some ice and snow on the road the other morning and it was really swaying around.
any ideas what could be causing me the grief. alignment? struts? bearing? bushing?
any ideas would be appreciated so i can at least give the garage some ideaa of an issue.

-Could also possibly be the tires on the car. Mine came stock with Goodyear Eagle LS tires, and they were about the worst tires I've ever had. I replaced them with Cooper CS4 touring radials, and it was like a night and day difference. It's the only tire I will run on that car now.
