I have a 2005 dodge neon sxt automatic and recently I got the check engine light and I did the key thing and it pulled p0700 which is a problem in the tcm but I don't have a scanner to dig deeper. the problem is that when you push the gas pedal half way the speedometer will jump in between 0-10 mph and then the rpm will either go to the limiter and shift very rough or it would shift at a random point with a rough shift and after it shifts the speedo will go up to the correct speed but it only does this from 1st to 2nd gear every other gear is fine. also if I just barely press the gas pedal it shifts fine. I don't know what my problem is.
