When I purchased my 2003 Dodge Neon (4door sedan), it was a previously owned vehicle that was missing the owner's manual. I recently purchased a new car seat for my toddler and the manual for that says that I should check my car's owner's manual to see if there are weight ratings for the child LATCH system hooks in the car. Apparently the hooks don't always support the weight of the child in their seat? The car seat manual says that the weight restraints on the car's LATCH system are especially important for the lower LATCH anchors. And apparently I'm also supposed to check if the lower LATCH anchors can accommodate one LATCH buckle only, or it they can support two latch buckles (occasionally necessary for multiple car seats). I can't seem to find a 2003 Dodge Neon Owner's Manual to download online that doesn't cost me money or otherwise require me to download a litany of toolbars, etc. that I don't want.

Does anyone have a 2003 Dodge Neon Owner's Manual that they would be willing to check and see what it says about the Child LATCH Restraint System for me? Or otherwise, does anyone happen to know that information/ where I could find it without downloads/ purchasing?

2003 to 2005 are identical, any model. Belts/Safety equipment are same..
