Hi. I'm new here. I have a blue 05 dodge neon sxt that I have had for about three years now with 113k miles. I was going to go out and buy a new car, but decided to fix up this neon instead.

Any suggestions on where I should start? Everything is still stock; except for the radio. I'm looking for both cosmetic upgrades and few cheap performance upgrades. I want to paint it, not a big fan of the light blue color, but it's so damn expensive.

But this is after I fix the shocks and motor mounts lol.

Any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks
