2005 sxt, manual: Any one know what these are ?
the rubber bushing is gone on the second one. is this for the transmission or clutch ? im troubleshooting the clutch not disengaging.the reservoir for fluid for the clutch was empty, after refilling it and not detecting leaks in the engine bay, clutch still wont disengage. i think the master cylinder is broken i looked under the pedal and can see parts hanging off not looking right plus clutch feels okay kinda still has resistance . i have the repair manual from here, what section is it in dnt know the name.
Thanks
Took the airbox and batter/plate off to get to these they are on top of the transmission

Get a set of these:
http://www.boogerracing.com/boogerbushings.html
They'll last the life of the car, they're cheaper than oem, and they'll give it a far better feel when shifting.

Thanks guys
Yea i ended up seeing a video for an issue and saw a guy mentioned they where shift links and i got the bushings from doorman on rockauto. It stopped the play i had on the shifter. i did not take the center console out even the kit came with a third bushing that looked liked in belonged under there but meh.
I did see the booger bushings to much money for a to b car.

Booger Bushings for the cable on the transmission end are $12 shipped, and they'll probably outlast the car. I'd have to imagine you paid more buying from RockAuto. Maybe next time, if that time comes
