On the heat still being wimpy, make sure to check the FSM Mode & Temp Adjustments paragraph at the bottom on page 34 here. http://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/n...000/EPL_24.pdf

Took 5 hours but managed to get the box out of the car man it is crazy the amount of stuff to remove. It really sucked. Luckily my dads a TV repairman and has an Ultimate set of tools.

Good grief, it might have been easier to just jack the dash up & take the car apart. Looks like Gomer has been in there. Remember when he (EDIT: WOOOOPS I believe it was Goober, not Gomer) that took the Nash apart & put it back together in the Court House!!!! You sure are a Super Dad!!!

Old Gomer sometimes I feel like him.
Well I have noticed that the evaporator in the box is leaking also. There is oil in bottom of the box under it too. I ordered one of those too. So it looks like either way I needed to pull the box.
Thanks for the help

We'll all keep our fingers & toes crossed for you. I sure don't envy your task, but when finished & its working you'll likely & rightly feel mighty satisfied. Don't know that I'd have had the patience to tackle this project.
Let us know how it goes.

Well we have heat and only a couple bolts left everything seems to be working thank you for the help. By the way I would not do this again unless it was for my daughter.
