Default 2000 neon Ignition key stuck

The ignition key will go in but will not turn at all. I lubed wiggled wheel no luck any ideas car is sitting in a bad spot right now.

Anyone know if it is possible to get the ignition key cylender out if the key will not turn>

If the key can't be turned to the on position, you have to remove the assembly from the car and carefully drill the lock pin out.

Thank you it will not move. Is the lock pin the button you push on the bottom to pull out the cylender or is it something else?

I drilled it out in the car it came out. The ignition housing assembly is actually pressed onto the steering column and is very hard if not too difficult to remove for anyone trying to fix this same problem. It drilled out fairly easy in the car I used a center drill have to be careful not to drill the housing. Now to put it back together.
