If you have ORIGINAL stock struts they will not last after lowering. Would recommend good lowering springs, new Tokico Blue struts(or Koni inserts) and at your milage/age would recommend new mounts. You could also get SRT4 Springs and Struts and get Tokico Ilumina adjustable struts.

honestly just go with hotchkis technology springs for the srt-4. they will fit on ur neon trust me and great ride, quality, and height. no need for aftermarket struts with hotchkis. u get wat u pay for so they are pretty pricey but worth it

Tein are very good, but there are TONS of Tein knock-offs on ebay...if they are really cheap and say brand new you know they are fakes, and even if they arent cheap they could still be fakes...you just have to be really careful...i suggest Tokico HP Blues and Eibach Prokit springs to lower yoiur Neon.

I have eibach pro kit with stock struts. It works out pretty good, but if you don't like bumps and such I wouldn't recommend it. Or if you like that soft cushy feel of a stock suspension I wouldn't recommend either. And yes, I know our cars don't ride like luxury cars stock, but compared to the wakeup call you will get after lowering it you will think it did.
