joekool, the bad thing about 3.55 open lsd is that most people on this site take their trucks off road. The factory lsd clutches wear out over time, and that means 1wd in the rear. The 3.55 gears with bigger tires means sluggish preformance.

People that are at the place where I am (broke) are pretty okay with the stock rear end. I don't have the time or money it takes to put into having a truck with bigger tires.

I think I voted for having a factory LSD, but having opened the diff up for the first time the other night seems to cancel that out. It would appear I have an open diff. What's the best "lunchbox locker" for a Dana 60?? I don't like the idea of one-wheel drive... Was looking at a PowerTrax...

I have a 9.25 rear-end with 3.21 gears, not sure if I have LSD or not since I see no tag near the diff pan.......

I find it hard to believe you have a 360 and 3.21s since 3.21 IIRC were only available with the V6.

According to the VIN decoder I used (on this site), it said I had 3.21's, but it is possible they're 3.55's and something got mixed up lol

Should be a label on the rear end with the gear ratio on it. Should also be a tag on the underside of the hood with that information on it. And when in doubt, send an email to Dodge with the vin.
Or you can PM DodgeCares here on DF!
