New headlight switch. Also got the hd harness from lmc truck so it doesn't melt again.

I didn't. It still chatters away when depressed. Might have to give a zanex.
It only makes chattering noise when I push the pedal down. Otherwise it's quiet and holds fine.

is it the kind I can plug into one of them OEM adapter things?!
the one that came with the truck the P/O wire tapped into all kinds of wires under the dash and made a mess.
I still have to cut all of those wires out of there and fix them.

ordered my new exhaust today. was 185.99 out the door from advance auto parts. should be here by the end of next week! its a dynomax 17342
single 3" exhaust. should sound ok.

Add headlight relays, there's a write up in the DIY section. If it happened once, it'll probably happen again.

I think the HD harness from LMC Truck IS the relay harness. Pre-wired. Plug and play.

That'd be cool, I was thinking that HD might just be heavier gauge wiring.
