HA! Okay yea at idle it sounds pretty good. Maybe later I'll get a video with a bit of throttle in it...
Busted welds on backyard y-pipe into single 2 1/4", leaking where I cut into it to drop the y-pipe during the first clutch replacement (major jimmy-rig fix), single 15"-ish glasspack, split out before the axle into those slashed 4" tips.

Nah, I hope to get that crackin' soon after I have the thing settled back in on the road.
I saw a fair amount of white smoke when I was running revving it today, but after the small amount of spilled oil burned off the manifold, I saw nothing more out of the tailpipe. We shall see if it continues any of this unacceptable behavior. Hopefully this engine lasts a while longer, until I can build what I want. I still have quite the grocery list for this thing, and I want to avoid doing the things I want to out of necessity, like this time around. Hopefully from here on I can spend my money when I want to, not when the truck wants me to.
