Geez you're tight on that upper control arm/driveline.

I am liking what I see. Looking forward to seeing the 1/2 doors. I'll send you an email with what I have been up to this last weekend.

Default Tank Skid

Geez Wildman...that is way tight. How'd you get photo access? hahahha

I have some room to mod the bracket to gain some more margin on clearance for the heck of it, but also the new driveshaft will be 2" diameter as opposed to the 2.5" you see in the pics. So....I should be golden....

Tank skid done.

I was going to add these ribs to minimize surface area contact, but decided to forego and see how it is just flat.

Thanks Jolly. We'll see how to does next Saturday.

Repairs from the recovery run.

Thanks to RockAuto as they carry the mirrors, powered, and heated to replace in kind.

Locked down on the inside of the bracket as well. If this breaks, then it will be due to "getting it" for real.

Looking good WK. I was wondering if you were going to cut that corner off or not and I guess I got my answer. Did you look at trying to clearance that CV joint? I know that is something the Jeep crowd does some of the time.

I thought about it, but the amount needed would not gain the needed angle. So I talked to High Angle Driveline for a true high angle 1350 CV.

Today was a surprise. Went to lunch and to talk with a shop for ideas on a clunk I've been having in the rear. I park it and look from inside and see....wtf is the running puddle on driver's side? ^smiley6

The original radiator finally let go on the side. Great timing.

AAA got me home 30 minutes later.

Went to NAPA and picked up the 1 radiator in stock. Damn that tranny line connect fitting!!

All done and running by 5pm.

Then found out what the clunk was...

I fell for the "not-lube-after-going-in-water" syndrome.

Cleaned up and lubed, took for a drive and mo better.
