What Am I Doing Wrong?
#11
Every darn day I'm happy with it!
Nothing at all, just the same old cosmetic stuff I haven't got around to yet. My truck upgrade plans got changed to wife's heart upgrades instead, but on the up side we finally got her misfire fixed last month. Once we've got those bills paid I can screw around with the truck some more.
I like it just fine. It just sits under there being a transmission as a good transmission should, and every shift is fast and firm, even going into overdrive. It looks purty, too.
Not unless you're the original owner!
In the non-complaints that I listed, the transmission, dash, bezel, and heater core have all been replaced since I bought the thing, and the headlights have been sanded back to clear. That stuff's just the price one pays for driving a 2nd gen Ram, so I didn't complain. The dash was actually pristine when I bought the truck, but one nasty patch of dirt road was all it took to do it in. Oh well.
Nah, right here in my office every darn day just like always. I'd rather walk than drive a Yoter!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. My truck runs great, gets good fuel economy for what it is, the steering doesn't wander, the heater works great, the transmission is hell for strong, and even the factory original headlights are not hazed. The stupid plenum gasket is still intact, too. And the dash isn't cracked.
I don't get it. What am I doing wrong?

This is true. And I get a lot fewer things ever since I gave the second ex-wife the boot. My urologist had to give his new Jaguar back when I divorced that woman.
The last time I stayed at one of those was in 1989 in Cocoa Beach, FL. Coincidentally, a Navy chick from Norman, OK tried to get herself invited up to my room on that trip. She was insanely cute.

As far as your truck goes, just hope and pray it isn't just the calm before the storm. I've noticed that problems are like bananas, they come in bunches.

Is that why my a/c has been kicking *** lately?
